​What is Premier Sitters hiring process?



As mentioned, we find our sitters exclusively through referrals. Nevertheless, each Premier Sitter is interviewed by an owner of the Company. The sitter must LOVE children, which becomes obvious to us from his or her enthusiasm and commitment.

In order to be accepted into the Premier Sitters family, every sitter provides multiple child care references, which are thoroughly verified. We keep the sitter's photo ID and certifications on file, as well as his or her criminal background check.

How does Premier Sitters find the perfect fit for my child?

The more we know about your child or children, the better match we can make. We will personally sit down with you for a brief discussion to find out about each child’s personality and the activities that she or he enjoys. We want to know what you consider the most important skill sets and qualities in a sitter.
